How can I ever express to you how much your physical therapy has meant to me and my maintenance of a healthy lifestyle?  I never envisioned the intensity of the therapy to go from someone who could barely walk after knee replacement to someone who could dance down the streets.  I am so happy I chose you to help me.  Without you, I feel I would still be struggling.

I was experiencing severe neck pain with associated numbness and weakness in my right arm. The neurosurgeon diagnosed me with a cervical disc herniation and referred me to Physical Therapy. Oleg treated me utilizing manual therapy, stretching and strengthening exercise and this in combination with cervical decompression has helped me recover without having to have surgery. I am now again able to do my job and workout without pain. Thanks!

For a few months I was experiencing right shoulder pain and stiffness which kept getting worse, keeping me up at night. The Orthopedic Surgeon diagnosed me with frozen shoulder syndrome and sent me to Urban Physical Therapy. Oleg worked on my shoulder, and with the hands on treatment, stretching of the shoulder, I started to feel a lot better. My range of motion improved and the pain gradually went away allowing me to play golf again.
